LYNDA WATERHOUSE
Lynda Waterhouse is an author of children’s books, and lives in Elephant and Castle, South London.
When she’s not working, she likes lying down, reading magazines and eavesdropping on conversations for research purposes. She also enjoys missing ‘workout’ classes, watching silent movies and listening to anti-folk music. In 2006 she was one of the judges of The Guardian Piccadilly teenage short story competition with DBC Pierre, Joanna Carey and John Crace. Lynda’s background as a teacher means she has lots of experience working in primary and secondary schools, libraries and bookshops. She currently provides talks and workshops for all ages and abilities and writes for adults, 5-11 (Key stages 1 and 2), 11-13 (Key stage 3), 14-16 (Key stage 4), 11-16 (Key stages 3 and 4), 6th Form and college.
