Susie Meggitt

Susie attended the Arvon Foundation’s Writing for Children’s retreat in 2006, was a student of Elizabeth Hawkins’ Writing for Children course at City Lit in 2008, and currently attends Sophie Mackenzie’s private workshops for children’s writers.  She has worked as an advertising copywriter, brand development and marketing consultant since 1996, and has spent over a year working in Daisy and Tom as a bookseller and storyteller.  Susie has written several picture books and is currently writing a novel for 6-8yr olds called The Crocodile Catcher.
